We purchased a BestPet Pet Stroller Cat Dog Stroller Travel Folding Carrier on Amazon. One of the front dual wheels is wobbly. In trying to find out what the problem is, I took the two tire-wheels off the axel. The axel is straight. One of the hubs of the wheel is not level. It looks like it wasn’t molded correctly. Looking across the top it is not level. The wheel and tire combo are 5 5/8″ as close as we can measure. My wife purchased this for our now 14-year-old Maltese in February 2020. We are just now using it because “Bear” became very ill and we almost lost him. Then when he finally made a comeback in September 2020, we got hit by Hurricane Sally. My wife took him today and told me the wheel wobbled badly! Can we get a replacement or purchase a correctly molded tire-wheel from you please? Thank you so much for your help! Greg Demaree
