The VIVO Three Wheel Pet Stroller is a good looking model with its use of canvas material and mesh across its large zipper enclosure and storage. It comes in black, green, pink and red and looks ready to hit the dog park with that three-wheeled design. There are some interesting sales pitches for this model – directed at both the dog and owner – and it seems that many are impressed with most elements of this stroller.
This stroller model is for small dogs with a weight capacity of 30 lbs. This is a small, lightweight stroller with some simple details in the frame for ease of use and maneuverability. The light frame is collapsible with two simple latches on the side. This, and the weight of 13.5 lbs, means that it can be carried around and put in the back of the car with ease. When the stroller is set up, there is the addition of the locks on the frame and back wheels for added peace of mind over the security of the device. Having said this, here we do come to the biggest concern for owners of small dogs. There are some that feel that this tall, collapsible stroller is still a little unsteady and they aren’t too sure about leaving their pets alone in it without supervision. Energetic pups and those that pass the 30lb limit may have a few problems.
There is the clear sense that this was made with both the animals and owner in mind, with lots of careful considerations in the design
This stroller was clearly designed for the best possible riding experience for the dog with the large 19” x 12” x 19 capacity enclosure and breathable mesh for a great view – without too much of a breeze or insects flying in. There is even a dual cup holder with a tray – rather than the typical single cup holder. This means space for a separate water bottle for the dog, and space to lay out some treats.
This is all great, but there are also features that show that it was made for the owner too. There is convenience in the features that are not just put in from a canine point of view. In addition to that cup holder, there is also a large 16” x 12” x 7 storage basket – almost as big as the enclosure for the dog. One of those viewing windows is strategically placed at the top of the canopy so owners can keep an eye on their pup as they walk and make sure they are fine. There are three zipper access points so that it is even easier for owner sot get their dog into this pet stroller. Also, there is plenty of padding on the handle for comfort.
This pet stroller may be cheap, but it is still desirable in many ways
This stroller just comes in under $50, making it a pretty inexpensive option for dog owners that want something simple to transport their pets in. Yet, many would argue that it doesn’t feel like a $50 stroller with the construction, design features, motion and other conveniences. There may be a few concerns over the balance and small capacity, but this is clearly a helpful aid for many owners.
